A mind-blowing neo-noir thriller
A stage musical like you’ve never seen before.
Think Chistopher Nolan’s “Momento” meets “Nine Perfect Strangers” and “The Father”
A gangster with face blindness pursues a dangerous rival through an hallucinogenic psychotherapy retreat, desperate to regain what was stolen and save his twin brother’s life.
An experience like no other.
The story is complex, but the production design minimalist. With a few chairs and tables and a riser we create the stark, opaque reality of our protagonist, shifting the arrangement to become a bare apartment, a group-therapy room, a hospital ward.
10 actors, all of similar height and build, rotate roles in each new scene to capture the perspective of Lucas, who can’t recognise them. All he has to go is a few details - a scarf, a bald head, a distinctive mannerism.
Lucas is as vulnerable as he is dangerous, but the thing that scares him more than anything else is…therapy?
